8. Soya sauce – ½ tbsp.
9. 50 gms flour

12. A pinch of yellow or red color
13. ½ cup water
14. Oil as required (for deep frying)

Method for preparing chicken lollipop recipe:
Cut the wings into two halves and chop the end bone. Pull the flesh up and remove the thin bone. Then, mold the meat into the shape of a lollipop. Boil all the chicken lollipops in ½ cup water (with salt) for around 8 minutes. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly except the lollipops and form a thick batter. Heat oil in a deep pan, dip the lollipops into the batter and fry on medium flame until the chicken lollipops become light brown color.
