Chicken Sizzlers Recipe

Chicken sizzlers recipe is a special dish that is both delicious and nutritious. The dish can be prepared in a variety of ways using different vegetables. Mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes can be included while preparing the dish. All these vegetables are optional and you can also prepare the dish without including these vegetables. You can make chicken sizzlers recipe at home and serve it as a main course for lunch or dinner. Chicken sizzlers recipe can be prepared using the following ingredients.

Ingredients:

1. 4 large chicken breasts
2. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
3. Finely chopped onions – 1 cup
4. Chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
5. Two finely chopped green chilies
6. Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp.
7. Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
8. Sizzler plates
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil as required

Method for preparing delicious chicken sizzlers recipe:

Wipe the chicken breasts and beat them with a knife or mallet to flatten. Cut each chicken breast into two pieces. Mix the chicken with all the ingredients except oil and leave them to marinate for about 2 hours. You can also marinate the chicken using ketchup, white vinegar, Wooster sauce, black pepper, red chili powder, and mustard paste. Heat a frying pan with oil and add the marinated chicken and cook it over high heat. Turn the chicken and lower the heat and cook the chicken until it becomes tender. Make sure you turn it equally so that it becomes brown on both the sides.

Before keeping the chicken on the sizzler plate, heat the plate very hot. Place the plate in an iron tray so that you can handle it without hurting yourself. Keep some cabbage leaves, fried onions (chopped), fried curry leaves, red chili, and carrot (optional). Add some butter on the hot plate before serving the dish. You can hear the sizzling sound. Chicken sizzlers recipe is now ready to serve.
