Hi Vanessa,

I dont think that using a pan is a good idea. The oven and the skewers help in attaining that crispy crust on the tandoori, which cannot be done with a pan. So, my suggestion is, if you want to taste the best Chicken Tandoori, then you need to use the above two devices
