2 Cups Pearl Millet (Bajra) Soaked Overnight
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Piece Onions
1 Piece Potatoes
2 Small Piece Tomatoes
1 Small Cup Green Peas
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
pinch Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
pinch Salt According to Taste
1 tsp Ginger Grated According to Taste

Pearl Millet commonly known as Bajra in India is highly rich in essential compounds like protein, fibre, phosphorous, iron and magnesium. Due to its rich composition of proteins, minerals and iron Pearl Millet has many health benefits.

For Preparing Pearl Millet(Bajra) Pulav ,  Soak Pearl Millet(Bajra) overnight.

Heat olive oil in a pressure pan. Roughly chop the onion and add to the pan.

Cut the ginger into thin long strips and roughly chop the tomato.  Then add roughly chopped potatoes and peas in pan and saute for 3-5 minutes

Add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add bajra and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add 4 cups water. Close the lid and cook on high heat up to 2 whistles. Lower the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Now once its cooked you can transfer it into a serving bowl and its ready to serve
