1 medium sized Ripe Banana (Cut Into pieces)
1/3 cup Almond Milk (if you’re not a vegan, then skimmed milk is fine)
¼ tsp Clove & Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Honey ((optional, if you like it a little sweeter))
