- ½ cup Ice cold Milk
- 1 ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ParsleyOptional
Eggless mayonnaise are quite hard to find online. But you can make it yourself at home. Follow below steps and directions.
Combine all the ingredients leaving both the oils in a bowl. Using a hand blender, beat it on high.
Slowly, start adding the oils and keep beating it on high. You will see that the mixture is thickening.
Once the mixture has thickened taking a mayonnaise consistency, stop beating it.
Your Mayonnaise is ready and can be used now.
This Mayonnaise can be stored for a week in refrigerator.
