- 4-5 Large eggs
- 1 cup SpinachChopped and Blanched
- 1/4 cup Coriander leavesChopped Finely
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion GreensChopped
- 1/2 cup PaneerShredded
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- Oil (for Greasing)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease the muffin tray with oil.
Break the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs until smooth.
Add the blanched spinach, coriander, onion greens, paneer, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the muffin tray evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set completely.
Serve hot immediately.
