- 2 Large EggYolks
- 2 Cups Unsalted butterSoftened
- 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 cups Maida or All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Preheat the oven at 190 degree Celsius.
Combine together granulated sugar and butter in a large bowl. Using an electric beater, beat this mixture until it is creamy and fluffy.
Now, add Egg Yolks, Vanilla Extract and salt & once again beat well so that all of this is incorporated well.
It is now time to slowly start adding the flour. Reduce the speed of the beater and start adding the flour to this mixture slowly. Keep scarping the sides of the bowl as well as bottom to ensure everything get incorporated well.
Once everything is mixed well, you can take a piping bag and fill the mixture into it.
Get an unlined and ungreased cookie sheet. Pipe the cookies into swirl shape on this cookie sheet. Keep a distance of about 3 inches between the cookies.
It is time to bake these cookies on 190 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes until they are golden in color.
Once they are baked, remove them and let them cool for about 15-20 minutes. Now, transfer them to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
They can be stored now in an air-tight container for about ten days.
