Ingredients
- 1 Litre Milk
- 4 tbsp Soaked AlmondsSoaked them Overnight
- 2 tbsp PistachiosSoaked for 2-3 hours
- 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 10-12 strands Saffron (Kesar)(Kesar) strands dissolved in 2 tbsp milk
- As per Taste Sugar

Steps
1 Done | Remove the skin of the almonds and pistachios. |
2 Done | Adding just 1-2 tsp water, make a very coarse paste of almonds and pistachios in a grinder |
3 Done | Boil milk in a pan. Once it is boiled, add the above paste |
4 Done | Add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Let it cook on a very slow flame for 5 minutes. |
5 Done | Once you feel the milk is very slightly thickened, add the kesar โ milk mixture. |
6 Done | Let it cook for another minute. ย Serve it hot. For garnishing, you can use a few rose petals. |
