- 1 Litre Milk
- 4 tbsp Soaked AlmondsSoaked them Overnight
- 2 tbsp PistachiosSoaked for 2-3 hours
- 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 10-12 Strands SaffronKesar strands dissolved in 2 tbsp milk

Remove the skin of the almonds and pistachios.
Adding just 1-2 tsp water, make a very coarse paste of almonds and pistachios in a grinder
Boil milk in a pan. Once it is boiled, add the above paste
Add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Let it cook on a very slow flame for 5 minutes.
Once you feel the milk is very slightly thickened, add the kesar – milk mixture.
Let it cook for another minute. Serve it hot. For garnishing, you can use a few rose petals.
