In a bowl, combine together Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Honey, cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic. Whisk it together until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Now, pat the chicken dry using a kitchen towel. Once dry, rub the Kosher salt on chicken pieces.

Heat oil in a skillet on a medium-high flame and let it be hot. Now, add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook them until golden brown. Turn them occasionally so that they are golden brown from both the sides. This should take about 5-6 minutes.
