Ingredients

600 grams Chicken Breast
(Chicken Breast should be boneless and skinless) cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Ginger Grated
use fresh ginger for better taste
3-4 Cloves Garlic
minced
1 tbsp Cooking Oil

In a bowl, combine together Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Honey, cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic. Whisk it together until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Now, pat the chicken dry using a kitchen towel. Once dry, rub the Kosher salt on chicken pieces.

Heat oil in a skillet on a medium-high flame and let it be hot. Now, add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook them until golden brown. Turn them occasionally so that they are golden brown from both the sides. This should take about 5-6 minutes.

Give the prepared sauce a whisk once more and then add it to the skillet. Slow the flame and let the sauce boil.

Let this cook for about 5-6 minutes until the chicken is done and the sauce is thick.
