Preheat an oven on 180 degree Celsius. Grease a 13 X 9-inch rectangular cake tin and keep it aside.

In a large bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, buttermilk and vanilla extract. Now, beat this mixture using an electric beater on low speed for about 2 minutes.

Now, add the flour slowly as well as the Cinnamon powder. Keep beating it on a slow speed so that everything is incorporated well.
