Combine together All-purpose flour, coco powder, baking and salt. Sieve it and keep it aside.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and line a baking tray with butter paper.
In a large bowl, add butter, sugar and milk. Whisk it with an electric beater until the mixture becomes fluffy, soft and creamy.
Now, slowly start adding the flour mixture and keep mixing it gently with a spoon.
Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Transfer this mixture into a plastic bag and seal it. Refrigerate it for around 45 minutes.
Now, remove the dough and divide it into 48-50 balls equally.
Place them on the baking sheet and flatten them gently with your palm. Place at least a gap of 2-3 inches between the cookies on the tray.
Bake these cookies at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes if you want softer cookies. And if you want them to be on the crispier side, then bake them for 12-14 minutes.
Once baked, remove them from the oven and leave them for 10 minutes.
As they are cool, transfer them to a rack to cool completely.
Now, they can be transferred to an air-tight container and can stay for 10 days at room temperature.
