Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup Whole wheat Flour seive the flour if needed
1 pinch Salt Avoid if using salted butter
3 tsp Crushed Sugar Can be used according to sweetness you want
1 tblsp Oil
1.5 cup Milk Can use Almond milk or skim milk
3 tsp Oil (for Greasing) can use unsalted butter
1/4th tsp Cinnamon optional
1 tsp Baking Powder

Make one of best fluffy eggless pancakes which beats pancake with eggs. Making your morning breakfast awesome and delicious.
This pancake is made of whole wheat which is healthy. I toh call it sakar ki roti with love.

Steps

Mixing Dry Ingedients

  1. In a bowl take take whole wheat first (Sieve it if required. specially if ground in mill.)
  2. Add pinch of salt. (Avoid if using salted butter)
  3.  Add 3 teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
  5. with wired whisked mix it all.

Making Wet ingredient

  1. Take milk in pan and heat in medium low flame. Stir it occasionally while heating
  2. When milk is heated (steam starts coming) add oil.
  3. Mix oil/butter and milk very well

Preparing Pancake batter

  1. Mix above mixture in dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Whisk it very well withouth leaving lumps.
  3. the batter should be of  pourable consistency. If it is thick add hot milk as required to mixture accordingly.
  4. Whisk it nicely and keep batter aside.

Making eggless PanCake

  1. Heat a Heavy tava/pan
  2. Grease it with oil/butter
  3. Pour  batter with 1/4th cup or laddle, don’t spread it with laddle(chamcha) as it spreads itself. (you can add banana slices, choco chips if needed its totally optional)
  4. Cook the pancake in medium-low flame.
  5. cook the pancake until you see bubble forming in top , when base become crisp and golden flip the pancake gently.
  6. Cook second side until golden.
  7. Repeat this above steps for other pancakes.

Serving Pancakes

  1. You can stack this all pancakes.
  2. Serve it with fresh fruits or mapple syrup or honey  or jam or whipped cream or chocolate syrup as you like your pancake to be served.I love it best with choco chips/dairymilk inside and vanilla icecream above.
