- 4 tbsp Whole wheat Flour

- ½ cup Grated carrots

- ½ cup Grated bottle gourd
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaveschopped

- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder

Squeeze out all the extra liquid from the grated Bottle Gourd.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the parathas in a disc shape of about 5-6 inches.
Heat a tava (griddle). Spread about a tea spoon of oil/ghee and place the Paratha.
Let it cook until you see golden spots. Then flip it and let it cook again until you see golden spots. Add a little more oil/ghee on this side too while cooking.
