Ingredients

4 tbsp Whole wheat Flour
3 tbsp Bajra Flour
3 tbsp Jowar Flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Besan/Chickpea Flour
2 tbsp Maize flour
1/2 cup Grated carrots
1 tsp Green Chillies
Finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger Grated
1/2 cup Grated bottle gourd
3 tbsp Coriander leaves
chopped
1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
finely chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt
to taste
Water
to knead the flour
Oil
to cook the Parathas

A healthy breakfast recipe prepared with potato or other mixed vegetables. Learn to make vegetable paratha recipe with step by step directions.

Squeeze out all the extra liquid from the grated Bottle Gourd.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the parathas in a disc shape of about 5-6 inches.

Heat a tava (griddle). Spread about a tea spoon of oil/ghee and place the Paratha.

Let it cook until you see golden spots. Then flip it and let it cook again until you see golden spots. Add a little more oil/ghee on this side too while cooking.

Serve hot.
