Ingredients

1/2 Cup Yellow Moong Dal
1 Large Onions (Chopped)
2 Large Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 Cup Carrot (Diced)
1 Cup Spinach (Chopped)
2 tsp Ginger (Grated)
1 Cup Corn (Boiled)
1 Cup Spring Onion Greens
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
3-4 Cloves
Pinch Salt (As per taste)
2 tsp Lemon Juice

In a pressure cooker, combine all the ingredients except lemon juice, add 3 cups water and cook until 3 whistles.

Open once the steam of the pressure cooker is completely cool. Blend it with a hand blender.

Add this soup to a pan. If you feel it is thick, add around ½ cup of water.

Boil this soup for 5-6 minutes on a slow flame. Switch off the flame.
