- 3 big Ripe Peaches
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ¼ tsp Ginger powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- ½ tsp Sugar
- Rock Salt
Wash, clean and de-seed the peaches. Cut them into medium size chunks.
In a pan, add the peaches and all the remaining ingredients.
Cook it until peaches are a little soft. This should take about 1-2 minutes
Once done, let this mixture cool.
Once it is totally cooled, blend it in a blender into a semi-coarse mixture.
Peach Chutney is ready to serve.
