FOR THE CHUTNEY:

1 Large Raw Mangopeeled, de-seeded and cut into small cubes

3 tbsp Chana Dal

2 tbsp Urad Dal

5 Dried Red Chilies

1/4 tsp Hing
-
Saltto taste

½ tsp Oil

FOR THE TEMPERING:

3/4 tbsp Peanutsor Sesame oil

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
-
1/2 tsp Urad Dal

10 Curry Leaves
Directions
This tangy & spicy chutney of raw is super easy and can be make in little of no time. Follow the below given steps to begin making raw mango chutney at home.

In a kadai, take ½ tsp oil and add the Urad and chana dal from the Chutney ingredients. Once it is light brown in color, keep it aside.

Now, in the same oil add the dried red chilies and fry for a minute. Keep this aside.

Let them cool. Now, in a blender add raw mango, grated coconut, fried dals, fried red chilies, salt and hing. Now, blend well until you get a chutney consistency.

Tempering the Chutney: |

Heat oil and once it reaches the smoking point, add the mustard seeds.

As mustard seeds start spluttering, add Urad dal and let it brown.

Now, add curry leaves and let them splutter. Add this to the chutney and serve.
