- 1 cup Sama Rice
- 1.5 cup Curd
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate
- ½ cup Cucumber
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mustard Seed
- 7-9 Curry Leaves
Mash cooked Sama rice with the back of the ladle slightly. Now mix the milk and mash it a little more.
Now add the curd, pomegranate, grated cucumber and mix well.
In a tadka pan, heat ghee till smoking point. Add mustard seeds and let me splutter.
Add curry leaves and green chillies and let them splutter too.
Add the peanuts and cook for 20 seconds. Switch off the flame.
Add this tadka to the curd rice mix.
Now mix well and serve.
You can even refrigerate it and serve cool.
