- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1 big Tomato
- 1/4 cup Curd (Yogurt)
- to taste Senda Namak
- As per taste Lavang Powder
- As per taste Black Pepper
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tblsp Ghee
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
Singhdane ki Sabzi is very easy recipe to make. Below are few steps you can follow to make this recipe at home.
In a pan add ghee, add jeera and rai.
Now add green chillies and curry leaves.
Now add tomatoes and salt.
Once they are cooked mash them nicely. Beat the curd and add to the gravy. Add 1 cup water also.
Stir it continuously. Add peanuts now and simmer the gas.
Once peanuts are a little soft, and the gravy is thick, switch off the gas.
Add coriander leaves and serve hot with Rajgira Puris.
