Directions

Soak the Soya Granules in hot water for approximately 20 minutes. Then, squeeze out the water. Keep it aside.

Heat ghee in a kadai. Let it come to smoking point. Add cumin seeds and urad dal and let it crackle.

Now, add curry leaves, grated ginger and green chillies. Saute it on medium heat for a minute until the raw smell goes away.

Next, add onions and cook them until they turn pink in colour. After this, add carrots and french beans with a little salt. Let it cook until beans are a little soft.

Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt. Let it cook for 2 minutes on slow flame.

Add the drained soya granules now. Mix everything well. Check if any more salt is needed.

Add the lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot.
