- 2 cups Steamed Sweet Cornuse fresh one instead of canned corn
- 3/4 cup Diced Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Grated Raw Mango
- 1/2 cup Thinly chopped Onions
- 1/2 tsp Finely chopped Green Chilles
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Saltto taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Finely chopped Coriander leavesfor Garnishing
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Mint Leaves
You can enjoy this salad anytime, anywhere and it is a good tiffin recipe for office people too. Made in a jiffy but tastes yummy!
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the Coriander leaves. Give it is a nice toss until all the spices mix well.
Now, garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve.
