Whisk curds in a large bowl until smooth. Add Rajgira Atta and 1.5 cups water. Mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan and let it come until smoking point.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add crushed ginger-greenchillies and curry leaves. Fry them for a minute on slow flame until the raw smell goes away.

Add the peanut powder and saute it for 3-4 minutes on slow flame until a nice aroma comes out of it.

Add the curd-rajgira atta mixture, salt and sugar. Mix well. Keep stirring continuously and let it cook until 7 minutes on slow flame.

Switch off the flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
